Return and Refund Policy


These Gosizos Return and Refund Policy only apply to Gosizos products you purchased from Gosizos online store(gosizosmusic.com) for your own use and not for resale.

You can request a return or refund under the following circumstances:

√ If the product is unopened, or all original accessories like packing , gift, user manual are completed, has no manufacturing defect, is not activated, can support resaling, it can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product.
√ If the product is manufacturing defective, it can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product.
√ If the product is unopened, or all original accessories like packing , gift, user manual are completed, has no manufacturing defect, is not activated, can support resaling, it can be refunded within 5 calendar days of receipt of the product.
√ If the product is manufacturing defective, it can be refunded within 5 calendar days of receipt of the product.

 

We do not accept returns in the following situations:

× Returns are requested beyond 14 calendar days of receipt of the product.
× The returned product does not include all original accessories, documentation, packaging, or gifts (if any).
× The returned product or any item, accessory, attachment, packaging, or gift(if any) is not in brand new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents, or scratches.
× The labels and serial numbers on the product and packaging are incomplete, or a legal proof of purchase receipt or invoice is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
× Any failure or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
× Damage is caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, flood, strong winds or lightning strikes, etc.
× The product is not delivered to a courier company within 5 calendar days after Gosizos approves the refund request.
× Only regular priced items can be applied for return, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Return and Refund Instructions:

√ If you would like to request a return, please submit a request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product.
√ If you would like to request a return and refund, please submit a request through the original vendor.
√ Please submit the request on the same account you place the order.
√ If the product is unopened, please provide clear photos of the sealing part of the outer packaging.
√ If the product is opened, please provide clear photos of packing shipping label, the front and back of the product and photos of all accessories and documentation.

If you have a return request, please send an E-mail to gosizosstore@gmail.com. We will review your return application within 2 working days. Note: The review process may be delayed during the event. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Time


Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. The refund process will be completed in about 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.

Coupons


After the order is refunded, the coupons will be returned to your account and can be used again within the validity period.

Bundle deals


For bundle orders containing discounted products, refunds can only be processed for the entire order. Customers are not allowed to request a separate return and refund for individual products in a bundle deal.

Return Shipping


The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs to the designated service center (including cross-border and international shipping costs, if applicable) unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

Return Address


The specific return address within the United States is subject to the address provided by the customer service team.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
