Customs Information
Our warehouses are located in the United States, Germany, and China. If your shipping address is outside China, customs duties may be levied by the destination country's authorities.

Therefore, all duties or import taxes incurred upon arrival in the destination country are the customer's responsibility. If a customer refuses a package due to customs duties or taxes, the customer will bear all associated costs throughout the process. Per customs regulations, GOSIZOS cannot declare purchased items as gifts or declare values below the actual product price.

However, in special cases, we offer prepaid customs clearance: After you prepay the duties, your package will be delivered directly to your doorstep. For details, please consult our customer service representatives.

Split Shipments
GOSIZOS products are shipped from multiple warehouses. When an order contains multiple items, we may split the shipment into separate packages based on inventory availability. For details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery Failure
We are not liable for incorrect items received due to customer order errors.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, GOSIZOS bears no responsibility when the package is returned to us.

If your package is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact us promptly.

Note: Always verify your address before payment. If an error occurs, promptly contact GOSIZOS Customer Service (gosizosstore@gmail.com). We will coordinate with logistics to resolve the issue. Orders are shipped exclusively to the country where the order was placed. We cannot guarantee address updates after shipment. Additionally, all risks and costs associated with address changes after shipment are your responsibility.

Inspection and Sign
Please carefully inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damaged or deformed packaging, do not sign for or open the package. In such cases, contact GOSIZOS customer service immediately.

Once you (or your designated recipient) sign for the package, GOSIZOS will consider the package's integrity, quantity, and product condition to be confirmed. To protect your rights, we strongly recommend recording a complete unboxing video and verifying items against the packing list. If missing or damaged items are found, contact GOSIZOS customer service within 24 hours of receipt for prompt resolution.

If tracking records show delivery but you have not received the package, it shall be considered lost. In this case, you must cooperate with GOSIZOS to file a claim with the logistics company using the provided claim reference number.
